Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® Funding Guidelines for Patient Specific Grants

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals began in 1983 and has since become the world's largest charity providing support to sick and hospitalized children. Gundersen Health System, joined forces with CMN Hospitals in 1986 and thanks to the efforts of local businesses, partners and donors, thousands of children and their families are helped each year.
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at Gundersen Health System will help sick and injured children by:
   • 100% of the funds raised stay locally to help children and their families.
   • We help children no matter where they receive their healthcare and no matter the illness or injury.

Specific Categories Funded by a grant through CMN Hospitals at Gundersen Health System

   • Gas Cards for traveling to Dr. Appointments
   • Adaptive Equipment
   • Technology
   • Scholarships, Camps and Conferences
   • Recreational Programming
   • Medical Needs and Support
